ABOUT OUR CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Proverbs 22:6 says to “Train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart form it.” Our Children’s Ministry exists to TEACH children the Word of God and help them GROW THEIR FAITH. We want every child to know that the Word of God is TRUE, God Made Them, God Loves Them, and He has a Wonderful Life planned for each one of them. With Jesus in their heart and God on their side, they WIN every time!

Get to know me.

Hi, My name is Alanna Daniel, I am Married to Jonathan Daniel, and we have three amazing kids Annala, Alekai, Azarye. A bit of me is I grew up as a Pastor's kid and spent most of my life in the church. My parents were associate pastors of a church and then Founding Pastors of a Deaf church. A fun fact about me is that I am fluent in sign language and often had to help interpret at the churches we visited. My love for God started at a young age as I quickly realized the calling GOD placed on my life. At the age of 5, I knew God called me to work with children, to teach and show them the love of God. Every church I've been a member at, I served at teaching the children and youth about God, learning from their Children's Directors/ Pastors and other leaders on ways to minister to the children and youth of the church. Being a part of countless VBS, Camps, and Upward programs serving as much as I could.

Shortly after my husband and I got engaged, God called me to join my then fiance in Oklahoma to train for ministry at Rhema Bible Training College. I was able to study Children and Youth ministry there and serve under a fantastic children's and youth staff. After we graduated, we prayed for God to reveal where it pleased him for us to go next. God called my husband and me back to El Paso to serve under our Pastors, Pastor Gil and Pastor Emma, who poured so much into us and are part of why we learned about and were able to attend Rhema. We knew he was bringing us back home to El Paso to put our training to use, and he wanted us to start with our home church. God wanted me to take over the Children's department and apply some of the teachings I received at Rhema. I may be young, but I know that God has equipped me with the tools that I need, and I'm excited for the next season we are entering. It is truly a joy to serve at Faith Bible Fellowship as I have learned so much and am still learning. I am excited to see where God is going to take us.
